At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
